Richard Giam is the founder of Rainmaker Community, a network of values-driven professionals and business persons. Having spent years raising funds for large organisations, Richard is financially savvier than many people, and doesn’t fit the “typical” profile of a scam victim. Yet, in 2019, he and his family lost close to $500,000 to a Ponzi scheme.
